I supposed is about time I get writing; I have been meaning to start this blog ever since I graduated (May 14), but I keep putting it off. Since I'll start working pretty soon, I figured my window of opportunity to get it started was quickly closing.
The idea to blog first occurred to me last summer as a way to keep in touch with friends while I was interning up in Wisconsin. Though I did it consistently only for half the internship, I discovered it was a fairly successful way to keep in touch. The purpose of this blog is exactly the same: Keep in touch.
The link for the blog was derived from the cartoon character Curious George. While I am unfamiliar with the show -- in Cuba there was no Barnie, or Arthur, or Sesame Street; instead we had El Pidio Valdez -- some friends have told me I remind them of the monkey. I take it as a compliment. At any rate, with that link in mind you should find it easy to remember the link to the blog: curiousjorgito.blogspot.com.
